Publisher Community

Santri.web.id opens opportunities for communities and media entities, both print and online, who want to add content distribution channels by opening a publisher type Santri.web.id account.

This feature allows print and online media entities to invite suitable writers to become contributors to their Santri.web.id publisher account.

Questions regarding publisher features can be asked to our email address. You can apply to create a Publisher account by filling in the form and the Community Team will review your profile before opening access to create a Publisher account.

A. MODERATION

Our Editorial Team and Community Team have a role in assessing whether or not your contribution is in accordance with the Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other provisions that we make.

Comment Moderation

Santri.web.id provides freedom of responsibility in the comments section.

You will see a comment on the student website at the user’s own risk.

Editing process for user content or stories

Santri.web.id has the right to carry out the process of editing Stories from users that will be promoted to the Timeline, selected as Editor’s Pick or on Santri.web.id’s social media as a form of Santri.web.id’s responsibility to its users.

Editing related to improving the spelling and visuals of the Story, including adding supporting illustrations, without changing the content of the Story.

User stories that are not promoted to the Timeline, selected as Editor’s Pick or Santri.web.id social media will not be edited.

Story Promotion

Santri.web.id can promote your Story and use it as material or a source of information to be further processed into a Story by the Santri.web.id editorial team.

Promotion is carried out by placing Stories on the Santri.web.id platform timeline and Santri.web.id social media accounts.

In such case, by agreeing to Santri.web.id’s User Regulations and Policies, you grant us the right to display the Story that we are promoting for full use, both commercial and non-commercial, at Santri.web.id’s discretion. fully.

Promotions carried out by Santri.web.id remain subject to the provisions of intellectual property rights in Indonesia, including the inclusion of the name or hyperlink of your Santri.web.id account, as a moral right that is obtained.

The decision to promote the Story is entirely the right of Santri.web.id with the following criteria:

  • Writing, photos, comments or videos that have strong story telling.
  • Posts, photos, comments or videos that contain new or exclusive information.
  • Writing, photos, comments or videos with good aesthetic elements.
  • Posts, photos, comments or videos that have the potential to go viral.
  • Writing, photos, comments or videos that contain strong emotional elements: moving, intriguing, satirical but inviting people to think, inviting people to interact, humorous, uplifting and inspirational.

B. TERMINATION IN COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We want to always ensure you are safe as a user of our Platform. Therefore, we will remove content, deactivate accounts, close accounts, use reasonable efforts and may even cooperate with law enforcement if we believe that there is a risk or threat to public safety and convenience.

Some of the reasons why we close or deactivate user accounts include but are not limited to: (i) repeated violations of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines and their derivative provisions; (ii) there are cases of abuse or serious abusive activities or actions (e.g. child sexual exploitation, spam, or those that threaten someone’s life); or (iii) accounts that aim to violate the provisions that we have made, including those that violate Indonesian laws and regulations (for example slander, harassment, plagiarism or imitation of other people’s work or copyright without any mention or credit from the copyright holder concerned).

We reserve the right to moderate, deactivate and/or delete user accounts found to be in violation of the provisions of the Community Guidelines, or at our own internal discretion. This inactive status means you cannot carry out activities on Santri.web.id other than reading.

If you feel that your account has been deactivated or closed by us, either due to a mistake/error or for reasons such as violating our policies, then you can send an objection notification by sending an email to our contact with the subject

C. OBJECTION NOTIFICATION FORM (Counter Notification)

If you believe that your access to santri.web.id Services has been disabled or terminated or your account has been closed,
